    Laura Cardoos | Vice President

    Laura moved to Boston to attend Boston University, started working in property management and hasn’t looked back since. Laura is a seasoned Property Manager and has been with some of our clients for over ten years. She has a strong customer service background, is detail oriented, and truly enjoys building relationships with her clients. As Vice President and Director of Property Management her job is to make sure our firm, staff and your dedicated Property Manager are addressing your needs and handling matters of the Association in an efficient and effective manner. Laura’s brother, parents, and grandparents all proudly served in the US Navy/Marine Corps. You may expect to hear her and her husband cheering “Beat Army!” on any given Sunday.

    Russ Oken | President - Western Division

    Russell directs the management, operations, and sales for the company throughout Western Massachusetts. With experience as both a manager and an owner of multi-family properties, Russell has extensive knowledge in the areas of physical plant management, landlord-tenant issues, project/equipment finance, and he has a strong record of increasing real estate values and maximizing investor returns. Russell earned a law degree from Syracuse University Law School - Magna Cum Laude - and is licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York. Although he is no longer practicing law, Russell has extensive experience representing clients on various corporate and real estate matters, including in the areas of contract law, organizational governesses, project/equipment financing and real estate acquisitions. He is happily married and has a six year old daughter.

    Steven Schlom | Sales and Leasing Director

    Steven holds a BSBA from Northeastern University. After graduation Steven worked as the manager of Northeastern Metro Realty, Boston Realty Works, Inc and Modern Real Estate. Steven has a proven track record in internet marketing, apartment leasing, condominium, and building sales. Steven is a critical part of our team, his efforts have been instrumental in leasing hundreds of apartments for Premier clients and has participated in many sales of our clients' condominiums.

Property Management

  • Jill Wetmore CMCA, AMS | Senior Property Manager

    Jill has been a property manager serving the needs of various condominium associations within the 495/Greater Boston area for the past fourteen years. In the past few years she has obtained two professional designations, CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and the AMS (Association Management Specialist), both of which are recognized by Community Associations Institute. Jill keeps owners and Trustees up-to-date on industry trends, legislative issues, and will assist you with financial, maintenance, governance and other important matters. Her certifications provide standards for association and cooperative management that can give you the confidence in her knowledge and ability to provide you with the level of professional service you deserve. Thomas Edison demonstrated his phonograph for the first time on Jill’s birthday, but in the year of 1877; some years before she was born.

  • Peter Koskores CMCA, AMS | Senior Property Manager

    Peter has ample experience in the property management sector having started with the Mt. Vernon Company, moving to Corcoran Management Company, and now working here with Premier Property Solutions. He quickly obtained his CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) which will provide him with additional tools and abilities to be a better asset to you, the client. Peter has an uncommon middle name; Socrates, and yes, he is 100% Greek.

  • Caitlin Freeman | Apartment Portfolio Manager

    While Caitlin was born and raised in a small town on the North Shore of Massachusetts, she has first hand knowledge of Boston’s many vibrant neighborhoods. She has been in the industry for six years and has experience in managing a diverse portfolio including luxury residences, corporate housing, student housing and voucher based subsidized apartments. Her bubbly personality, honesty and incredible work ethic make her a great addition to our team and the go-to-gal when residents are in need.

  • Michael Ryan | Property Manager

    Michael grew up just outside of Boston and spent his summers on Cape Cod. After graduating from Stonehill College, Michael moved to the city. Splitting time between the city, suburbs, and coast has fostered an appreciation for maintaining numerous types of real estate. Michael is enthusiastic about his work and enjoys building strong customer relationships with new and existing clients. Michael's commitment to teamwork extends beyond the office to his participation in whatever men’s sports league he has most recently signed up for.

  • Patrice Faulkner | Property Manager

    Patrice brings with her three years of experience in Property Management and an abundance of enthusiasm with an emphasis on client relations and cooperative team building. Patrice is a novice gardener and in her spare time she grows vegetables in her green house.

  • Robert DeGirolamo | Senior Property Manager

    Robert has over eight years of condominium management experience. He has extensive experience overseeing capital expenditure projects, budget process and the monthly monitoring of property performance. Born and raised on the South Shore, Robert enjoys his free time taking cruises and is volunteering for the South Shore Human Society. Being a former Trustee of his own condominium, Robert understands the needs and the wants of Associations. Robert is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and is an Accredited Property Manager. He is currently studying for his CMCA designation.

  • Kevin Curley | Property Manager

    Kevin moved back to Boston in the fall of 2007, after graduating from Fordham University. He recently joined Premier Property Solutions, after spending five years working for the Client Service Group at Brown Brothers Harriman. At Brown Brothers he held various positions, revolving around the R&A of mutual funds, as well as a client liaison for their banking clients. Kevin is excited to start his new career in the property management field, focusing on strong client relationships.

  • Robert Waters | Property Manager

    Rob grew up in Maine and moved to Boston while he was a student at Suffolk University. Having had a love affair with Boston – its people and its sports teams (especially the Bruins) all his life, upon graduation he went to work with a local firm, gaining experience while honing his communication and managerial skills. He joined Premier early last fall, and is genuinely delighted to be a member of the PPS team.

  • Bart Steele | Senior Property Manager

    Bart Steele has over eight years of professional property management experience. He joined Premier Property Solutions, LLC after four years of managing numerous high end condominium associations in Beacon Hill, Back Bay, and the South End. Also, as a condo owner himself, Bart intimately knows the intricacies involved in managing a condo association, and he looks forward to bringing that knowledge to all of Premier’s condo association clientele. In his spare time, he composes music and is writing a book about the American Revolution entitled “Diana”.

  • Brielle Browne | Property Manager

    Originally from Connecticut, Brie gained early industry experience through her family's commercial and residential real estate business. Brie prides herself in being a dedicated advocate for her clients. Brie has lived in Boston, both full and part time for the previous nine years. Through that time, Brie was a top producer with her prior real estate firm and she's developed a vast knowledge of Boston and its surrounding suburbs. To go along with her strong work ethic Brie has an energetic and friendly personality. She is an active member of the Boston Ski and Sports Club and Social Boston Sports which she uses to pursue her passion for back country snowboarding. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, was Pre-Law at Boston University and is currently studying a Masters in Urban Affairs, concentration in Real Estate Finance & Commercial Real Estate Development. As a well-rounded licensed real estate professional, Brie's experience in real estate finance, real estate investments, property management, commercial and residential development gives her a unique advantage in the field going forward.

Accounting

  • Carla Borgeson | Accounts Receivable

    Carla was born in Maine, but ventured to the great state of MA where she has resided for 30 years. Having done accounting for the past 14 years, Carla brings expertise and excellence to Premier's financials and record keeping. Although Carla is considered a rock star Accountant, she is now studying to get her Paralegal Certificate to diversify her knowledge base and grow a broader understanding of business functions. She enjoys cooking, baking and reading in her spare time. As of late, she is fully dedicated to the gym and has found a renewed love for working out.

Maintenance

  • Sean Coen | Maintenance Coordinator

    Sean has been working in maintenance for over six years. He began working as a humble, yet eager Maintenance Technician Assistant and has since worked his way up to Maintenance Coordinator. His primary skill is painting/plastering but he has gained an extensive knowledge of all trades associated with building maintenance. Having grown up in Brighton, Sean is one of our local City experts.
