Boston Property Management Office:
Patrick Colbert | President
Patrick directs the management and operations for Premier Property Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in all facets of property management, real estate development, maintenance, and construction. Patrick is a Certified Manager of Community Associations, and has personally managed over 1,250 condominium units in some of Boston’s most prestigious neighborhoods. His diverse portfolio has allowed him to gain a wide range of experiences pertaining to governance, financial, and physical plant management. As President, Patrick works closely with all property management employees to cultivate the highest quality work for our clients.
Western Massachusetts Property Management Office:
Russ Oken | President - Western Division
Russell directs the management, operations, and sales for the company throughout Western Massachusetts. With experience as both a manager and an owner of multi-family properties, Russell has extensive knowledge in the areas of physical plant management, landlord-tenant issues, project/equipment finance, and he has a strong record of increasing real estate values and maximizing investor returns. Russell earned a law degree from Syracuse University Law School - Magna Cum Laude - and is licensed in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York. Although he is no longer practicing law, Russell has extensive experience representing clients on various corporate and real estate matters, including in the areas of contract law, organizational governesses, project/equipment financing and real estate acquisitions. He is happily married and has a seven year old daughter.
Steven Schlom | Sales and Leasing Director
Steven holds a BSBA from Northeastern University. After graduation Steven worked as the manager of Northeastern Metro Realty, Boston Realty Works, Inc and Modern Real Estate. Steven has a proven track record in internet marketing, apartment leasing, condominium, and building sales. Steven is a critical part of our team, his efforts have been instrumental in leasing hundreds of apartments for Premier clients and has participated in many sales of our clients' condominiums.

Jill Wetmore CMCA, AMS | Assistant Vice President
Jill has been a property manager serving the needs of various condominium associations within the 495/Greater Boston area for the past sixteen years. In the past several years she has obtained and maintained two professional designations, CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and the AMS (Association Management Specialist), both of which are recognized by Community Associations Institute. Most notably she has been promoted to Assistant Vice President due to her advanced ability to keep owners and Trustees up-to-date on industry trends, legislative issues, and her assistance with financial, maintenance, governance and other important matters. Her certifications provide standards for association and cooperative management that can give you the confidence in her knowledge and ability to provide you with the level of professional service you deserve. Thomas Edison demonstrated his phonograph for the first time on Jill’s birthday, but in the year of 1877; some years before she was born.
Bill Dempsey, CSL | Assistant Vice President
Bill is a real estate portfolio manager with twenty years experience in management, construction, sales, and leases. A seasoned professional who has managed multi-residential and commercial units, Bill's portfolios have included several eight story mid-rise buildings, mixed use artist lofts, commercial spaces, a community of eighty townhouses on ten landscaped acres, and both single and multi family homes. Along with having his Real Estate Sales License and Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License, Bill is an experienced project manager who has managed extensive capital improvement projects and construction.
Robert DeGirolamo | Senior Property Manager
Robert has over ten years of condominium management experience. He has extensive experience overseeing capital expenditure projects, budget process and the monthly monitoring of property performance. Born and raised on the South Shore, Robert enjoys his free time taking cruises and is volunteering for the South Shore Human Society. Being a former Trustee of his own condominium, Robert understands the needs and the wants of Associations. Robert is a graduate of Bridgewater State University and is an Accredited Property Manager. He is currently studying for his CMCA designation.
Bart Steele, CMCA | Senior Property Manager
Bart Steele has over ten years of professional property management experience. He joined Premier Property Solutions, LLC after four years of managing numerous high end condominium associations in Beacon Hill, Back Bay, and the South End. Also, as a condo owner himself, Bart intimately knows the intricacies involved in managing a condo association, and he looks forward to bringing that knowledge to all of Premier’s condo association clientele. In his spare time, he composes music and is writing a book about the American Revolution entitled “Diana”.
Robert Waters, CMCA | Property Manager
Rob grew up in Maine and moved back to Boston 2008. Having had a love affair with Boston – its people and its sports teams (especially the Bruins) all his life – he went to work with a local firm, gaining experience while honing his communication and managerial skills. He joined Premier in 2012 and is genuinely delighted to be a member of the PPS team.
Norman Schnittkind | Property Manager
Norm is a Boston-born proud lifelong resident of the city and metro-area. His property management background includes 20+ years of condominium management, working with a diverse cross-section of associations ranging from 4-300+ units. This has included a wide spectrum of building types from classic historic urban restorations to first-occupancy new construction communities.
Norm’s condo management work benefits from the skills and perspective which carry-over from a previous decade-plus of hands-on construction/project management/condominium development work, much of which focused on substantial rehab/renovation of residential buildings throughout Boston and it’s suburbs. Additionally, several years of real estate appraisal experience helped to broaden his understanding of factors effecting asset preservation of his clients important condominium home/investment.
When not guiding clients thru the sometimes challenging waters of HOA life, he focuses on boating/sailing and exploring the endless coastlines of Massachusetts, Maine, and Rhode Island.
Elys Rodriguez | Apartment Portfolio Manager
Elys was born in Lowell, but considers herself a Bostonian after living in the city for the last seven years. A former developement project coordinator and history teacher, she looks at her responsibility for maintaining her apartment portfolio through the lens of someone who loves discovering Boston through its neighborhoods, understanding Bostonian architecture, and addressing the needs of her tenants, while making sound financial decisions for sustaining the units in her care. She spends her free time traveling and rediscovering classic movies on TV.
Nichole Calarese | Junior Property Manager
Nichole grew up in and remains living in a close suburb of Boston. After graduating from Suffolk University in Boston she jumped into commercial real estate, but soon joined the Premier team knowing she’d gain more hands-on experience and interaction with residents and vendors. Nichole looks forward to building her portfolio and relationships with new and existing clients.
Brandon Smith | Assistant Property Manager
Brandon was born and raised in the Washington D.C. area. From taking carpentry classes in high school, real estate classes after high school, and some construction management courses in college he has acquired a very diverse skill set and an array of knowledge of the industry. Brandon gained customer relations experience in commercial real estate working for a firm in the Washington Metropolitan area that managed large shopping malls around the world. In 2010 he moved to Boston and eventually landed a job at a residential real estate firm as the Office Coordinator. Brandon joined the Premier team as an Administrative Assistant with ambitions of establishing good working relationships and becoming a Property Manager.
Kristen Nguyen | Senior Property Accountant
Kristen has been overseeing condominium and rental unit accounting for more than ten years; spending time in all facets of the financial process. She and her large family moved to Boston from the South for better education opportunities. Focusing on her favorite subject in school - math - she found her way to Northeastern University, and from there her co-op opportunity tuned into her current position. As a child she took up a hobby of singing and used it as a means to stand out from her five sisters.
Carla Borgeson | Accounts Receivable
Carla was born in Maine, but ventured to the great state of MA where she has resided for more than 30 years. Having done accounting for the past 15 years, Carla brings expertise and excellence to Premier's financials and record keeping. Although Carla is considered a rock star Accountant, she is now studying to get her Paralegal Certificate to diversify her knowledge base and grow a broader understanding of business functions. She enjoys cooking, baking and reading in her spare time. As of late, she is fully dedicated to the gym and has found a renewed love for working out.
Eric Tracia | Facilities Manager
Eric began his career in the trades nearly fifteen year ago; first learning the ins and outs of masonry, only to expand his talents to inlcude tile, carpentry, plumbing and electrical. He has been putting in hours as a property management Maintenance Technician since 2006 and has gained a broad perspective of construction, management and client services. His tenure and knowledge make him the perfect fit as our Facilities Manager. He has been overseeing and molding our Techs into mini-Erics since 2012.
