At Premier Property Solutions, we offer you cost savings and convenience through our website. You have password-protected access, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to your condominium related documents.

Each unit owner is provided with a unique user code and password to access the documents for their association. Board members have an increased level of security that also provides access to monthly management reports.

Premier Property Solutions is able to provide the following information online at no extra charge:

Monthly board member management
Maintenance records
Master Deed, CC & R's, Articles of Incorporation
By-laws, amendments, resolutions
Rules and regulations
Annual budgets and published annual financial statements
Annual and board meeting minutes
Notices, reserve studies, insurance policies

If we can scan it, we can be put on line for your access. Our Client Resources page also provides easy access for owners to update their information, request an insurance and 6-D certificate, sign up for Direct Payment, view Frequently Asked Questions and submit a maintenance request. Our website also provides useful links and is continually updated to provide optimum service.
